Observation

Childcare has blinds that have cords within the blinds that can form loops. Licensor observed accessible cords in lower level accessible drawers & TV cord in School Age Classroom by sink and on walls near door, in preschool / toddler area near aquatic tanks, near air conditioner, cords that are accessible. Licensor observed bags in cubbies in classrooms and under diaper changing sink accessible to children's reach. Licensor observed small blower near sink in school age classroom.
